What you will do

• Own marketing strategy and execution end-to-end, accountable for pipeline generation, efficiency, positioning, and revenue growth
• Build and scale predictable demand engine across performance marketing, inbound, outbound, and regulation-led GTM
• Turn regulatory changes and product innovation into positioning, narratives, and thought leadership
• Lead Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Revenue Enablement into cohesive organization
• Drive growth initiatives including events, field marketing, and partner ecosystem enablement
• Establish marketing operating model, build international team, and drive performance through KPIs and experimentation

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership in B2B SaaS marketing with ownership of pipeline, revenue impact, and GTM in scaling environment
• Strong track record in demand generation and GTM across performance, inbound, and sales-aligned motions
• Deep product marketing expertise to simplify complex solutions and differentiate in competitive markets
• Experience building and enabling partner/channel ecosystems through structured programs
• Comfort with marketing transformation, AI-driven, and data-led approaches
• Highly analytical, data-driven with KPI management and cross-functional alignment
• Excellent English communication skills required; German highly valued
