What you will do

• Source, negotiate, and manage 100+ mid-tier and premium creators per market annually across multiple countries.
• Identify and funnel 1,000+ potential creators monthly using discovery tools like StoryClash or Saral.
• Secure whitelisting and usage rights for high-performing content to scale paid media ads in coordination with the Paid Media team.
• Own performance metrics, reporting on spend, CAC, and positive ROAS/LTV ratios.
• Develop localized GTM playbooks, including briefs, compliance guardrails, and creator tier definitions.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience scaling paid influencer programs across at least 2 international markets.
• Experience in Germany, UK, Canada, or Australia is required.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and achieving specific CAC targets and content benchmarks.
• Hands-on experience negotiating usage rights, writing briefs, and reviewing content.
• Comfortable building processes and operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Must be comfortable with working hours that allow for overlap with Eastern time zones.

• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools to handle repetitive tasks.
• Experience with creator discovery tools like StoryClash or Saral.
