What you will do
- Coach frontline managers in high-volume hourly and call center environments on employee relations and performance management.
- Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans in collaboration with the Senior HRBP.
- Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests in partnership with People Operations and external vendors.
- Manage the employee lifecycle for hourly staff, including onboarding, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation.
- Drive annual performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and goal-setting processes for hourly teams.
- Analyze HR metrics and data insights to identify opportunities for improving performance and engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience supporting hourly employee populations.
- Experience supporting contact centers, fulfillment operations, or other high-volume, metrics-driven workforces.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
