What you will do

  • Coach frontline and junior managers on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day people issues.
  • Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans.
  • Lead employee investigations, gather documentation, and support legal responses to employment claims.
  • Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests in partnership with external vendors.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and conduct exit interviews for hourly employees to identify retention trends.
  • Support the annual performance review cycle, calibration sessions, and goal-setting processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience supporting hourly employee populations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience coaching new and junior managers independently.
  • Must be based in St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield).

  • Experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings.
  • Experience working in hyper-scaling startups.
