What you will do

  • Own and optimize HRIS, performance management, recruiting, and learning systems, including dashboards and reporting.
  • Design and implement company-wide performance management framework, including goal setting, reviews, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning in partnership with leadership.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding, compliance, safety, and leadership development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans to improve retention and morale.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, compliance with employment laws, and policy updates.

Requirements

  • Experience administering HRIS and related platforms with strong IT, Finance, and Payroll collaboration.
  • Proven track record in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.
  • Ability to design training, engagement surveys, and leadership development programs.
  • Strategic mindset for partnering with executives on people initiatives.
