What you will do
- Lead the implementation, day-to-day administration, and compliance of Total Rewards offerings across the EMEA region.
- Own the full vendor lifecycle for insurance carriers and brokers, including contract negotiations and security protocols.
- Manage end-to-end administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring seamless data exchange with payroll.
- Monitor the EMEA regulatory landscape and conduct regular audits and market research to ensure competitive offerings.
- Utilize Workday, ServiceNow, and AI tools (Gemini, Notebook LM) to analyze plan utilization and forecast costs.
- Act as the primary regional escalation point for complex benefits inquiries, ensuring a high-touch employee experience.
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience in a regional Benefits role within a multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance across the EMEA region.
- Strong analytical and financial rigor to translate quantitative data into actionable business recommendations.
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Workday, and modern AI tools.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders within a global, matrixed organization.
