What you will do

• Lead the implementation, day-to-day administration, and compliance of Total Rewards offerings across the EMEA region.
• Own the full vendor lifecycle for insurance carriers and brokers, including contract negotiations and security protocols.
• Manage end-to-end administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring seamless data exchange with payroll.
• Monitor the EMEA regulatory landscape and conduct regular audits and market research to ensure competitive offerings.
• Utilize Workday, ServiceNow, and AI tools (Gemini, Notebook LM) to analyze plan utilization and forecast costs.
• Act as the primary regional escalation point for complex benefits inquiries, ensuring a high-touch employee experience.

Requirements

• Degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience in a regional Benefits role within a multinational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance across the EMEA region.
• Strong analytical and financial rigor to translate quantitative data into actionable business recommendations.
• Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, Workday, and modern AI tools.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders within a global, matrixed organization.
