TL;DR
People Experience Manager (Healthcare): Own employee engagement, culture-building, company events, and people operations for a remote-first price transparency platform with an accent on creating community in a distributed team of 200. Location: Fully remote within the United States. US-based candidates only. Operate on US business hours.
Salary: Starting $132K–$150K base (location agnostic across US), OTE $245K–$285K with equity.

What you will do
- Plan and execute company summits, virtual events, recognition programs, rewards, and end-of-year gifts.
- Create quarterly people newsletter, manage Slack communications, and handle new hire welcome sessions, happy hours, and buddy program.
- Manage people operations including I-9 verification, mail processing, contractor onboarding, compliance trainings, and workplace posters.
- Administer stipends for co-working, L&D, desk budgets, and swag vendors; build employer branding.
- Collaborate on onboarding human touch, company comms, engagement surveys, and new grad programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in People Operations, Employee Experience, Corporate Event Planning, or culture-forward HR at scaling company.
- Experience planning and running company events (virtual/in-person) with logistics and vendor management.
- Strong written communicator for Slack, newsletters, decks.
- Highly organized, juggling operations and creative projects.
- Thrive in remote-first environment, bringing energy and warmth to connect distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Rippling, Canva, SwagUp, Printful, Figma, Notion, Slack-first cultures.
