What you will do

• Administer and deliver compensation programs, including base salary, short-term, and long-term incentives.
• Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to provide advice on new hire offers, promotions, and retention.
• Evaluate job roles and analyze market data to determine appropriate job levels and salary ranges.
• Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, update salary ranges, and manage data uploads.
• Manage relationships with compensation vendors and contribute to annual compensation surveys.
• Participate in strategic compensation-related projects.

Requirements

• Experience providing compensation advice to client groups.
• Knowledge of compensation design practices, market insights, and industry trends.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience manipulating large datasets.
• Must reside within commutable distance to the Mississauga office.

Nice to have

• CCP Designation.
• Experience working with Engineering & Technology job roles.
• Familiarity with Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or Aon Radford surveys.
• AI fluency with tools like Copilot.
• HCM/HRIS integration experience.
