What you will do
- Administer and deliver compensation programs, including base salary, short-term, and long-term incentives.
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to provide advice on new hire offers, promotions, and retention.
- Evaluate job roles and analyze market data to determine appropriate job levels and salary ranges.
- Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, update salary ranges, and manage data uploads.
- Manage relationships with compensation vendors and contribute to annual compensation surveys.
- Participate in strategic compensation-related projects.
Requirements
- Experience providing compensation advice to client groups.
- Knowledge of compensation design practices, market insights, and industry trends.
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience manipulating large datasets.
- Must reside within commutable distance to the Mississauga office.
Nice to have
- CCP Designation.
- Experience working with Engineering & Technology job roles.
- Familiarity with Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or Aon Radford surveys.
- AI fluency with tools like Copilot.
- HCM/HRIS integration experience.
