What you will do
- Serve as expert on time & attendance, assisting on complex projects including employment law changes and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
- Manage employee lifecycle events like family leave, sick leave, time tracking, public holidays, and working time for internal and external employees.
- Advise clients and employees on employment legislation and legal interpretations from agreements and labor laws.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including payroll, legal, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
- Develop global documentation, handle inquiries, and support HR/financial audits.
- Identify process improvements, contribute to automation and product development for better employee experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills for difficult conversations.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at business level.
- Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and best practices; tech-savvy with async collaboration tools.
- Work independently in fast-paced, asynchronous environment with flexible hours.
- Familiar with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-suite; enthusiasm for AI applications.
