What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and ideal candidate profiles for Product and Tech roles.
• Execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct initial outreach, pre-qualification, and assess candidate fit.
• Perform talent mapping, market research, and competitive analysis to refine strategies.
• Maintain ATS data, support employer branding, and improve recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing
• End-to-end experience in talent sourcing from in-house, agency, or RPO models
• Proven experience recruiting for Product (Product Managers, Technical Partnerships, API Integrations) or Tech (Software Engineers)
• Track record building pipelines for active and passive candidates, including offer closing
• Strong data analysis skills to measure hiring impact
• Comfortable in a fast-paced global startup environment with diverse teams
