What you will do

• Lead operational performance of 3PL distribution centers and support internal operations, overseeing material flow from suppliers to customers.
• Own key metrics like accuracy, on-time fulfillment, cost control, and inventory management; conduct audits and business reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement, resolve inventory risks, and support product launches and transitions.
• Support strategic planning, network optimization, and change management initiatives across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to enhance service levels and efficiencies.
• Manage performance dashboards, deliver training on systems like SAP and TMS, and develop operational leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain or manufacturing with progressive responsibility; 3+ years in lead/supervisory role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives using project management or Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes and ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to travel up to 25%.
