What you will do

• Manage logistical, administrative, and compliance activities of the FTZ program with a team of coordinators and inventory controller.
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions to Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FDA, and other agencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including P&D, manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, tax, and customs to optimize FTZ operations.
• Prepare and perform audits, inventory control reports, and maintain detailed records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics issues while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Lead, develop, and grow the team of employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, tax/customs, or related field OR 11+ years of FTZ and customs experience in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of logistics or materials management experience in a manufacturing FTZ environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP (required).
• Excellent organizational, record-keeping, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, work under pressure, and manage priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Thomson Reuters Onesource software.
