Location: Wilton, CT, US. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work.

What you will do
- Manage logistical, administrative, and compliance activities of the FTZ program with a team of coordinators and inventory controller.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions to Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FDA, and other agencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including P&D, manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, tax, and customs to optimize FTZ operations.
- Prepare and perform audits, inventory control reports, and maintain detailed records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex logistics issues while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Lead, develop, and grow the team of employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, tax/customs, or related field OR 11+ years of FTZ and customs experience in manufacturing.
- 7+ years of logistics or materials management experience in a manufacturing FTZ environment.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP (required).
- Excellent organizational, record-keeping, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, work under pressure, and manage priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Thomson Reuters Onesource software.
