What you will do

  • Resolve routine and complex issues via inbound calls from patients, doctors, and insurers.
  • Provide patient care and triage cases to appropriate internal teams.
  • Document all call information and data discovery per operating procedures.
  • Utilize Knowledge Base materials to resolve patient inquiries.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary and patient information.
  • Collaborate with management to improve product features and processes based on patient feedback.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese is required.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or inbound call centers.
  • Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including rotating Saturdays.
