What you will do
- Resolve routine and complex issues via inbound calls from patients, doctors, and insurers.
- Provide patient care and triage cases to appropriate internal teams.
- Document all call information and data discovery per operating procedures.
- Utilize Knowledge Base materials to resolve patient inquiries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary and patient information.
- Collaborate with management to improve product features and processes based on patient feedback.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese is required.
- Strong command of the English language.
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or inbound call centers.
- Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work various shifts, including rotating Saturdays.
