TL;DR

Korean Customer Support Agent (Korean): Providing high-quality technical and account support for clients' users with an accent on ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and personalized service. Focus on maintaining SLAs, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in or be able to commute to Bellevue, WA; 2 days in-office)

Salary: $23.00 - $25.50 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets within established SLAs and performance guidelines.
  • Perform initial level troubleshooting of computer and network issues to diagnose problems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide feedback and report trends to resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor client-facing tools (MatterMost) and stay current with updates and directives.
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles to support team development.
  • Collaborate with management to onboard agents into the Escalated Accounts space.

Requirements

  • Written fluency in Korean and English languages.
  • One year or more of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (two days in-office) in Bellevue, WA.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge and experience with online games.
  • Experience troubleshooting account-specific ticket issues independently.
