Salary: $20.00/hour

What you will do

  • Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers to assist with account management.
  • Troubleshoot account issues and provide appropriate resolution options.
  • Handle a variety of situations using established scripts.
  • Collaborate with retail partners and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Manage escalated calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada for onsite work.
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience or 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in typing and general computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to access systems via mobile device using biometric authentication (FaceID/Fingerprint).

Nice to have

  • Collections experience.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C customer service.
