Location: Seattle, US; hybrid

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, G&A, and go-to-market functions.
- Use AI and automation tools for sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and workflow efficiency.
- Improve recruiting processes, data visibility, productivity, speed, and quality of hire.
- Partner with hiring managers on talent strategy, calibration, interviewing, and decision-making.
- Build talent networks across AI and emerging technology communities and support university and early-career programs.
- Translate hiring needs into focused recruiting strategies and advise leaders through complex hiring requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting in in-house or embedded roles.
- Experience supporting technical, G&A, and go-to-market hiring in a high-growth startup.
- Technical fluency across software, data, AI systems, and modern SaaS environments.
- Ability to coach and influence hiring managers with credibility and insight.
- Experience with modern talent acquisition technology, such as Ashby, Juicebox, Pin, or Metaview.
- Availability for a three-month initial contract, with potential extension, and hybrid work in Seattle, US.
