Sr. Technical Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with engineering and product hiring managers to define hiring goals and scalable recruiting strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through closing for technical roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple countries and time zones.
• Guide hiring teams through inclusive interview processes and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance.
• Improve recruiting processes and deliver a strong candidate experience in a distributed team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels.
• Experience sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates across multiple countries and time zones.
• Advanced sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and creative outreach strategies.
• Strong influencing, stakeholder-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience using AI to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools.
• Experience with diversity sourcing and inclusive hiring practices.
• Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company.
