Sr. Technical Recruiter (6-month Contract Role)

Location: Remote from Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily engineering and infrastructure roles, with flexibility to support non-technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
• Source, engage, and attract technical talent across LATAM and U.S. markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and deliver a consistent candidate experience.
• Manage candidate activity in Greenhouse and provide coordination support for interviews across regions.
• Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Proven technical recruiting experience focused on engineering or other technical roles, including full-cycle ownership.
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools such as Gem, HireEZ, or Juicebox.
• Experience hiring across LATAM and/or the U.S., with a strong understanding of regional talent markets.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and a data-driven approach to recruiting performance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
• Fluent English required; the role is remote from Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in cloud infrastructure, storage, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with open-source or AI/ML engineering roles.
• Experience supporting global hiring teams.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM markets, including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia.
