Recruiter

Location: Remote worldwide; significant hours overlap with one of the Americas time zones required

Hourly rate: $50–$75 USD in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $45–$62.50 USD in other US states

What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical searches.
• Identify, engage, and nurture high-caliber candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Support recruiter screens, candidate conversations, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and interview teams on searches, pipelines, and recruiting priorities.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and recruiting tools.
• Contribute to recruiting research, process improvements, and other hiring projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience with sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations.
• Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with limited oversight.
• Data-informed approach, strong accuracy, follow-through, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely with significant hours overlap with an Americas time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in a consumer technology environment.
• Experience at an early- or mid-stage startup.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience across sourcing, coordination, and candidate management.
