TL;DR

Business Development Director (Data Partnerships): Drive strategic partnerships and integrations across data, attribution, audiences, identity, DSPs, OEMs, and publishers in the CTV ecosystem with an accent on operationalizing complex integrations and ensuring GTM readiness. Focus on collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to enhance measurement fidelity, identity match rates, and client performance.

Location: Remote (US only) - must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Hybrid schedule (1-3 days/week in office) for those near Bellevue, WA or New York, NY; fully remote otherwise.

Salary: $148,550 - $185,000 (target cash compensation, includes base, commission, bonus) + equity.

What you will do

  • Serve as external and internal face for hirify.global’s partnership strategy across channels, audiences, identity, and attribution.
  • Operationalize and manage strategic partnerships, including scoping, documentation, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver new integrations improving measurement and performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing for GTM readiness and repeatable solutions.
  • Create partner materials like one-sheets, FAQs, guides, and training.
  • Manage partner operations, workflows, timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years in partnerships within AdTech/SaaS ecosystems.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills for technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated initiative, quick learning, and ability to drive projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of CTV, programmatic, identity, attribution, and data partnerships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Legal.
  • Proven management of competing priorities and complex workflows.
