Salary: $136,500 to $214,500

What you will do
- Develop and execute North American insurance territory strategy with detailed business plans for consistent overachievement.
- Build relationships with senior executives at insurance carriers, brokers, and partners to drive alignment and thought leadership.
- Deliver revenue growth through multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and strategic account expansion.
- Champion value-based selling, MEDDPICC deal management, and coach team on qualification and pipeline progression.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and partners for client solutions.
- Develop and retain top talent while modeling continuous learning and owner-minded leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years enterprise sales experience, 2–3+ years in sales leadership; North American insurance market experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of P&C and life insurance sectors, engaging C-suite on underwriting, claims, fraud, and risk.
- Established network with North American insurance executives and proven track record exceeding revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology and value-based selling.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and ability to build geographically distributed high-performing teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings, internal and external events
