What you will do

- Monitor industry trends on platforms like TikTok and Meta, and conduct competitive analysis
- Ensure brand consistency while experimenting within short-form video constraints
Requirements
- 5+ years in mobile gaming, performance marketing, or digital advertising agency
- Proven track record of ad creatives driving measurable results like installs
- Strong understanding of short-form video dynamics and user attention capture
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; Unity or Unreal familiarity a plus
- Ability to balance data insights with creative risks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
