What you will do

• Conduct client calls, qualify requests, clarify information, and maintain communication flow
• Document call outcomes including goals, constraints, risks, and dependencies for proposals
• Engage SMEs, leads, BAs, and tech experts; update stakeholders on progress and blockers
• Prioritize requests, perform lead research, and prepare draft matching materials
• Define win strategies, structure proposals, and ensure consistency across contributions
• Facilitate meetings, support negotiations, and provide structured follow-ups

Requirements

• 4+ years presales/proposal management in software services
• End-to-end ownership of proposal lifecycle from qualification to submission
• Experience with discovery, aligning sales/delivery/clients, and proposal strategy
• Strong cross-functional team coordination and content structuring under deadlines
• Research skills in industry, clients, competitors; understanding of SDLC
• Strong written/verbal English for presentations and communication

Nice to have

• Experience as PM, PdM, or BA delivering software products/projects
• Domain knowledge in fintech, hospitality, or retail
