What you will do
- Lead contract negotiations with partners and vendors from initial discussions to execution.
- Represent the company in external communications, driving commercial terms and risk allocation.
- Take full ownership of deals, identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to align legal and business objectives.
- Provide practical legal advisory on digital business and partnerships across jurisdictions.
- Improve internal legal processes, negotiation practices, and partner communication standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial law, preferably in digital/tech/product companies.
- Proven track record of leading contract negotiations end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for external-facing roles.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Ability to drive negotiations forward, close agreements, and balance legal risk with business needs.
- Comfortable in an international, cross-border environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in gaming, fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Background in litigation or dispute resolution.
- Experience with international contracts and cross-border negotiations.
- Legal qualification (bar admission a plus).
- Experience managing complex, long-running negotiations.
