What you will do

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform financial performance analyses on expenses, revenues, and profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards, including KPI analysis, for senior management.
• Support the monthly accounting close and reconciliation of financial accounts to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
• Propose and implement improvements in financial processes and tools to increase efficiency and control.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil
• English: Fluency required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or controlling.
• Knowledge of automations.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management.
