What you will do

• Develop and implement investment strategies targeting financial returns, climate mitigation, and positive social/environmental impacts.
• Perform financial, operational, climate, and environmental analyses of individual investments and portfolios.
• Prepare investment committee materials, client reports, and necessary documentation.
• Monitor and analyze client portfolios to guide strategic and tactical management decisions.
• Track trends in forest products, carbon markets, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Lead process-improvement and cross-business initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment analysis or management, specifically with timberland, agricultural, or other real assets.
• Strong quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, forest economics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, Chicago, New York, or São Paulo offices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of forest management and natural resource investment sectors.
• Prior experience living or working internationally, particularly in Latin America.
• Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
