Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead engineering for integrations, balancing internal and external requirements
• Build team cohesion, morale, and high delivery standards
• Develop scalable, maintainable integrations using embedded iPaaS (no-code and full-code)
• Own customer-facing API: add features, update architecture and deployments
• Collaborate with developers on coding standards and best practices in scrum-light environment with standups and Jira

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development
• iPaaS experience (Make, Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi, Prismatic, Zapier or similar)
• Experience as people manager and technical lead
• NodeJS/Typescript
• SQL (MySQL/MariaDB)
• Track record of delivering projects with broad business impact
• Passion for excellent code, attention to detail and quality
