What you will do

• Manage the roadmap for new Scheduling products in collaboration with product, design, and data stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies to plan work and ensure consistent execution and delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and onboard engineering team members through actionable feedback and career conversations.
• Identify future technical needs and create strategic plans to meet scalability requirements.
• Drive hiring efforts to build out new and existing squads.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure prompt response to business-critical alerts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers.
• 5+ years of overall development experience, ideally using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Deep proficiency with distributed, data-oriented application development and SaaS.
• Experience planning and leading development efforts on large-scale projects.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States; no immigration sponsorship is available.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain deep technical concepts succinctly.
