What you will do

• Create high-performing video ads for socials and adult sites focused on user acquisition and engagement
• Lead editing and post-production ensuring visual engagement, emotional impact, and conversion optimization
• Collaborate on concepts and storyboards aligned with performance data and campaign goals
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to enhance creativity and speed up production
• Optimize videos for formats, ratios, channels, and stay ahead of short-form ad trends in adult space
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines

Requirements

• Perfectly fluent in English
• 4+ years video editing experience with portfolio of paid marketing campaign ads
• Deep knowledge of storytelling, pacing, motion design, sound design for performance creative
• Proven use of generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway) in workflow
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Grasp of NSFW/adult ad trends (pre-roll, TikTok-style) and KPIs (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS)
• Comfortable with uncensored AI models and NSFW content
