What you will do

• Produce ~10 high-quality AI videos daily following preset scripts, styles, and formulas for maximum reach.
• Analyze video metrics to optimize performance and increase views/conversions for bonus rewards.
• Review and apply direct-response copywriting principles to scripts.
• Master new AI tools and techniques rapidly as trends evolve.
• Ensure videos meet quality standards with minimal revisions and proactive communication with founders.
• Train and onboard future editors as foundational team member.

Requirements

• Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proven experience with direct-response copywriting for short-form videos.
• Proficiency in professional video-editing software (strong preference for CapCut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro).
• High autonomy, rapid learning, attention to detail, and efficiency in high-volume production.
• Excitement for fast-paced AI tools and social media trends.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video tools like HeyGen, Captions AI, Hedra, Veo 3.
• Experience with AI image/audio tools like Krea, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs.
