What you will do

• Produce ~10 high-quality short-form videos daily following preset scripts, styles, and formulas to maximize reach and conversions.
• Analyze video metrics to optimize performance and increase views/conversions for performance bonuses.
• Review and apply direct-response copywriting principles to scripts.
• Operate autonomously, managing workload efficiently with minimal check-ins and high first-pass approval (90%+).
• Master new tools, software, and editing techniques rapidly as trends evolve.
• Maintain proactive communication with founders/exec team and train future editors.

Requirements

• Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
• Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
• Proven experience with direct-response copywriting for short-form videos.
• Proficiency in professional video-editing software (strong preference for CapCut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Autonomous operator thriving without micromanagement in fast-paced environment.
• Rapid learner excited by creative tools and social media trends; high attention to detail and instruction-following.

• Experience with video generation tools (HeyGen, Captions, Hedra, Veo 3, etc.).
