What you will do

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms based on defined criteria
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates, manage initial communication, and follow up
• Screen profiles and assess basic fit against role requirements
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS (Workable), ensuring proper documentation and status updates
• Review incoming applications and occasionally support CV reviews and basic evaluations
• Collaborate with hiring teams and Vacancy Managers to align on sourcing needs and report pipeline progress

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (sourcing-focused preferred)
• Strong experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Good written communication skills in English
• Experience with platforms like Upwork (plus)
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
