What you will do

• Develop a FinOps Framework with processes and best practices for cloud cost management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Define financial governance policies to ensure compliance and accountability
• Establish and lead a FinOps Office, communicate with stakeholders, and track progress of initiatives
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for finance, operations, and engineering teams
• Ensure overall cloud cost transparency and optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or associated field
• 10+ years of experience, including 3 years in client-facing roles delivering technical solutions
• 7+ years of cloud computing knowledge, including procurement of cloud services and financial implications
• Experience with cloud spend visibility, cost recovery, data interpretation, trend identification, and recommendations
• Experience managing a FinOps team for financial governance in a large multi-cloud environment
• FinOps Certified Professional or FinOps Certified Practitioner (Required)
