What you will do

• Lead all aspects of project success as the trusted advisor to customers, including quotation development, statements of work, and budgetary estimates.
• Drive planning and execution of project activities aligned with customer milestones using Agile methodologies.
• Manage project teams (onsite/offshore), budgets, risks, communications, and deliverables.
• Facilitate business decisions, provide PLM guidance, and extend relationships for additional business.
• Lead multiple projects and PMs, prepare status reports, and mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German mandatory
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Computer Science/IT, or Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10+ years managing large enterprise PLM deployments with teams of 3+ members
• Proven experience with commercial/enterprise clients, project budgets, P&L, invoicing
• Industry knowledge in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or related verticals
• Able to travel 50% primarily regional

Nice to have

• PMP certification
• Experience with engineering change processes (CMII, CMPIC), phase-gate management, quality systems
