Salary: £70,000 - £80,000

What you will do

• Lead the discovery phase for Azure tenant and Active Directory to Entra migration projects.
• Oversee delivery governance, project planning, and reporting for high-visibility initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and engage with senior business leaders and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and offshore delivery partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Shape team structures, delivery approaches, and roadmaps for the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds for hybrid work (2x per week)
• Strong background in delivering complex technology programmes.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and financials.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery principles including Scrum and Kanban.
• Technical experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud migration initiatives.
