TL;DR

Partner Management Admin Support (Administration): Providing administrative and operational support to International Presales and Partner Management teams with an accent on data accuracy and process reliability. Focus on maintaining partner matrices, managing CRM data in Salesforce, and coordinating inputs for RFIs and RFPs.

What you will do

  • Maintain and track updates to the partner matrix, KPI overviews, and ensure the correct administration of Work Orders and Change Requests.
  • Manage the partner library and repository, performing annual reviews to validate data accuracy.
  • Prepare standard templates and service catalogues, using Salesforce to maintain data quality and generate reports.
  • Support partner-related inputs for RFIs and RFPs and coordinate non-standard service requests and ad hoc pricing.
  • Act as a primary link between Partner Management, Sales, Bid Office, KAMs, and Commercial Finance.
  • Answer inquiries regarding partner scope and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within a commercial or presales environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different teams and cultures.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Structured working style with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic international environment.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Availability to start at short notice or immediately.
