What you will do

  • Build, maintain, and improve complex financial models for decision making, including DCF, multiples, and scenario analysis.
  • Challenge and validate business plans and financial assumptions, conducting sensitivity analysis to identify risks and value drivers.
  • Prepare financial analyses and insightful PowerPoint presentations for senior management.
  • Act as sparring partner to Executive Management, Controlling, Business Groups, and Strategy.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and month-end closing processes including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow review.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation of reporting packages and KPI dashboards across Business Groups.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Big Four firm or similar high-performance environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills for building complex financial models; Advanced PowerPoint (e.g., Thinkcell).
  • Strong affinity for BI tools and data analytics (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Excellent communication skills; Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving, business acumen, accuracy, and self-starter mentality.
