What you will do

• Execute the post-merger integration (PMI) roadmap and coordinate day-to-day activities for newly acquired entities
• Act as the main point of contact for local finance teams, ensuring smooth onboarding into Group accounting and reporting processes
• Align local accounting operations with Group standards and troubleshoot issues impacting reporting and close
• Implement intercompany agreements, transactions, and reconciliation processes in coordination with Tax, Controlling, and Operations
• Support integration into ERP and finance systems, driving standardization and data quality
• Build relationships with stakeholders, identify gaps, and ensure sustainable embedding of processes

Requirements

• 4–8+ years in Accounting / Group Accounting / Audit, ideally in multi-entity environment
• Highly operational, hands-on, and execution-driven mindset
• Experience with intercompany processes, group reporting, and consolidation
• Comfortable managing multiple entities and stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of IFRS (or strong local GAAP with IFRS exposure)
• Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
• Structured, pragmatic, able to bring order to complex environments

Nice to have

• Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) execution
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with ERP rollouts or system migrations
• Understanding of transfer pricing and intercompany frameworks
• Experience in buy-and-build / private equity environment
