Senior Manager, International Finance

What you will do

• Support and improve preparation of monthly close under IFRS and management reporting.
• Discuss and present financial forecasts and analytics to senior leaders.
• Drive strategic planning with regional leaders to support business growth, profitability, and free cash flow.
• Provide thought leadership on improving and automating data models and business intelligence.
• Act as subject matter expert for business line performance analytics, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and non-financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with international finance colleagues to drive best practices, efficiency, and develop direct reports.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience with increasing responsibility, preferably in e-commerce.
• Excellence in financial analysis and model building; hands-on with tight deadlines.
• Proven team management, relationship building, and communication with executives.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering in fast-paced environment.
• P&L and balance sheet management/analysis experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high autonomy.
