What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, regular forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Analyze financial performance against targets, identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for business initiatives
• Partner with business units to align financial plans with operational goals
• Provide financial insights and act as point of contact for finance topics
• Strengthen collaboration with stakeholders to improve financial transparency and processes

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, consulting, or similar in fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and growth metrics
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets), complex formulas, data work; BI tools, SQL a plus
• Analytical mindset to turn data into insights
• Clear communication to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders
• Well-organized self-starter with pragmatic, hands-on attitude
