What you will do
- Engineer the Aha! moment by designing paths to quick time-to-value like syncing medical records or doctor interactions.
- Define presence through notifications, mobile app adoption, and habit triggers to make Counsel users' first instinct for care.
- Own acquisition funnel including signed-out experience, landing pages, and onboarding to convert curiosity to usage.
- Improve core chat experience working with AI teams for better quality and personalization in user conversations.
- Partner with D2C growth marketing in a high-velocity pod.
Requirements
- 4+ years building consumer products at scale, including 0→1→10 work.
- Lead discovery, experimentation, prioritization of impactful features.
- Deep customer intuition, design empathy, data-informed impact measurement.
- Own work in fast-paced environment, manage priorities, adapt quickly.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, clinicians, GTM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Growth at early-stage startup during scaling.
