TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Finding and qualifying potential customers for international sales teams through outbound prospecting with an accent on data-driven activities, Public Administration and B2G focus. Focus on building sales pipeline, researching target accounts, identifying stakeholders, and optimizing KPIs.

Location: Hybrid in Pavia, Italy - attendance on-site at least once per week required

What you will do

  • Build and manage sales pipeline through outbound activities like cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research target accounts focusing on Public Administration and B2G, identify key stakeholders.
  • Use CRM and tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead management and data tracking.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, events, and lead handovers.
  • Monitor KPIs, report results, optimize prospecting, and share market insights.
  • Provide feedback on prospect needs, trends, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in BDR/SDR or similar B2B sales role
  • Excellent quantitative skills, analytical data-driven mindset, passion for testing and iterating
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and outbound tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Results-driven, sales-oriented, ability to work in fast-moving B2B environment

  • Interest in HR and people development market
  • Experience with data-driven prospecting campaigns
