TL;DR

Partnership Manager (Ostomy Care): Develop and manage partnerships with key NHS organizations and stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth, with an accent on sponsorships, key account management, and influencing care pathways. Focus on negotiating tenders, engaging senior NHS managers, and ensuring KPIs and financial aspects of partnerships.

Location: Central Region, UK. Must hold a valid UK Driving License and be able to travel within the UK.

Independent, employee-owned company that develops, manufactures, and markets healthcare products for ostomy care, continence care, and critical care worldwide.

What you will do

  • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with key organizations and stakeholders to drive growth in ostomy and ISC.
  • Manage sponsorships using key account management, including regular review meetings.
  • Engage with senior NHS managers across acute and primary care to influence ostomy pathways.
  • Present value proposition, identify and convert sponsorship opportunities, and place company nurses.
  • Analyze key organizations' structures and healthcare policy implementation in colorectal/stoma care.
  • Handle invoicing, KPIs, financial aspects of tenders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid UK Driving License and be able to travel within the UK.
  • Proven success in sales, ideally field-based, with history of key account management in NHS.
  • Effective influencer with negotiation experience with senior NHS partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen, results-driven, detailed knowledge of NHS structure and commissioning.
  • In-depth understanding of NHS strategy, commercial negotiation skills, winning tenders.
  • Strategic thinking, communication, presentation skills, ability to influence at all NHS levels.

Nice to have

  • Degree or equivalent academic achievement.
  • Intimate knowledge of ostomy business.
