What you will do

• Lead sales, service, and artistry to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
• Coach and motivate the team while delivering customer service ceremonies and consultations
• Own excellence in execution, merchandising, and brand equity protection
• Plan customer events and manage month-end reporting, payroll, and feedback
• Develop the team, manage agency staff, and build relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty with high-level makeup artistry and consultation skills
• Strong sales background and ability to motivate teams toward targets
• Luxury mindset with deep industry understanding to protect brand equity
• Confident floor leader with strong stakeholder and communication skills
