National Sales Manager - Infection Control (Capital): Leading the Infection Control sales team for capital equipment and TDOC solutions in UKI with an accent on sales forecasting, budget management, and customer service delivery. Location: Field-based, United Kingdom and Ireland. Travel up to 80% required.

What you will do
- Manage and support Account Managers through regular field visits, performance reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Collate monthly sales forecasts, manage IC Capital equipment and TDOC targets for turnover, GP, and EBITA.
- Oversee demo stock, tender documentation, pricing strategies, and coordination with sales and service teams.
- Develop annual Strategic Plan, lead marketing activities including new product launches.
- Collaborate across divisions and with partners to create commercial solutions meeting customer needs.
- Participate in management team for programme design, conduct interviews, and support HR in disciplinary cases.
Requirements
- HND/degree in Science or Engineering desired but not essential.
- Demonstrable experience in budget/forecasting, P&L management, and commercial acumen.
- Significant experience in SSD/Infection Control market and managing medium+ sized sales teams.
- Proven sales background in medical field with high-level client dealings, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and IT literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in multi-site environments.
