What you will do
- Develop and test growth messaging across campaigns using performance data.
- Produce high-impact content like white papers and case studies for demand generation and sales.
- Design and execute enterprise B2B growth campaigns with A/B testing on messaging, creative, and audiences.
- Create sales enablement assets and thought leadership content positioning as AI primary care leader.
- Optimize LinkedIn Ads and other channels for engagement and pipeline growth.
- Craft data-driven narratives from product data and analytics to differentiate in the market.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in B2B marketing (product, growth, content, demand gen) ideally in healthcare, digital health, or enterprise SaaS.
- Experience producing high-quality marketing and executive content.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling enterprise messaging.
- Analytical skills for data-guided experimentation and performance evaluation.
- Hands-on with B2B channels like LinkedIn Ads, outbound sales, demand gen.
- Startup mentality for fast-paced environments and building from scratch.
Nice to have
- AI product marketing experience translating technical capabilities.
- End-to-end production of long-form assets like white papers or case studies.
- Performance marketing on paid social in B2B.
