What you will do

  • Support the execution of the EMEA demand generation plan, coordinating the campaign calendar and tracking MQL performance.
  • Manage paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication.
  • Optimize lead capture processes, including landing page coordination and form optimization for better sales handoff.
  • Utilize intent data platforms and internal data teams to identify and target strategic accounts.
  • Monitor campaign ROI, CPL, and MQL quality in collaboration with Data and Analytics teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and media partners to ensure high-performance delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing within the IT/software sector.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Native German speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for lead management.
  • Analytical mindset capable of reviewing campaign data to drive optimizations.
