ABOUT THE COMPANY

TEAM
👥 You will work closely with the CEO, CMO/clinical leadership, Finance, Growth, Product & Engineering, and CX teams.
You will also have access to an Executive Advisor for strategic guidance and mentorship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
—Operational Leadership & Execution
💻 Own and scale day-to-day operations across clinical ops, patient experience, and internal workflows;
💻 Build and optimize scalable processes balancing speed, quality, cost, and compliance;
💻 Establish operating cadence: KPIs, dashboards, business reviews, and accountability frameworks;
💻 Drive a data-driven operational culture.
—CEO Partnership
💻 Act as the CEO’s right-hand, translating strategy into execution;
💻 Ensure cross-functional alignment and delivery of key initiatives;
💻 Identify risks early and drive resolution.
—Clinical & Regulatory Partnership
💻 Partner with clinical leadership to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable care delivery;
💻 Align operational systems with regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
—Financial & Performance Management
💻 Partner with Finance on unit economics, efficiency, and margin improvement;
💻 Own planning cycles: annual, quarterly, headcount, and budgeting;
💻 Link operational performance with financial outcomes.
—Systems, AI & Automation
💻 Build and improve operational systems and tooling;
💻 Partner with Product & Engineering to implement AI-driven workflows;
💻 Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
—Problem Solving & Risk Management
💻 Analyze operational data to identify root causes and bottlenecks;
💻 Lead structured problem-solving and implement long-term solutions;
💻 Proactively manage operational and regulatory risks.
—Team & Org Development
💻 Build and lead high-performing operational teams;
💻 Hire, develop, and manage leaders;
💻 Define roles, ownership, and decision-making processes.
REQUIREMENTS
—Experience
📌 12–18 years in operations leadership roles;
📌 Experience in healthtech, virtual care, or regulated healthcare environments;
📌 Proven track record of scaling operations in growth-stage companies;
📌 Strong understanding of unit economics and operational efficiency;
—Leadership & Mindset
📌 Builder mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity;
📌 Hands-on leader combining strategy and execution;
📌 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
📌 Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
—Nice to Have
📌 Experience with MSO / PC structures;
📌 Experience in virtual or hybrid care models;
📌 Experience with AI-driven or automated operational systems.
