What you will do
- Own and improve the operating model including planning, execution, and follow-through across teams.
- Establish, own, and maintain company-wide KPIs (OKRs), dashboards, and reporting with data, finance, and engineering.
- Lead revenue-related initiatives like pricing changes, forecasting, and cross-functional process improvements.
- Improve cross-team coordination, ownership, and documentation in a fully remote, async-first environment.
- Act as operational and analytical partner to CEO, turning strategy into executable plans.
- Bring structure and momentum to complex cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years in operations, revenue operations, business operations, or general management in B2B SaaS.
- Strong hands-on experience with data, metrics, BI dashboards, and operational reporting, including imperfect data.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and scale in fully remote, distributed, low-bureaucracy organizations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Strong analytical thinking, practical doer mindset, and clear written communication skills.
