What you will do
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise healthcare buyers, contributing to go-to-market strategy, pricing, and sales enablement.
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, technical, legal, and executive teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at health plans and digital health partners as primary point of contact pre- and post-sale.
- Prepare reporting, analytics, and insights on pipeline, deal progress, and account performance for SVP Commercial.
- Support onboarding, expansion, and relationship management, gathering customer needs to inform product roadmap.
- Ensure client satisfaction and alignment while expanding relationships across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience, ideally 2+ years in analytical professional services (consulting, banking/PE) and 2+ years in business development/account management.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or related consumer technology industries highly preferred.
- Expertise in pre- and post-sales processes, executing contracts, and expanding footprint in large complex healthcare organizations.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder ecosystems, build consensus, and provide innovative solutions.
- Motivation to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced early-stage company.
